Curious what exactly is the pelvic floor?

Your pelvic floor is made of muscle groups that are located in the floor of your pelvis and stretch like a hammock from the pubic bone in the front to the tail-bone in back and from side to side.

Why is the health of your Pelvic Floor important?

The pelvic floor plays an important role in your everyday movements like walking, standing, lifting, and pushing. They also support your organs, abdominals, and spine, maintain our bladder and bowel control and play an important role in sexual sensation and function.

There are several factors that impact your pelvic floor health such as age, pregnancy, childbirth, injury, and surgery to name a few.
