This 20 minute class is all about feel-good standing movements to turn up your mood, strength and energy while having fun so you can take on the rest of your day with more joy and confidence.

It’s also a great one to do with a friend or family member so invite them to join the party!

If you’re new to Pilates, working out or have challenging moments, know that that’s okay. I will guide you every step of the way.  Just do the best you can with where you’re at and know that that is enough. Don’t take yourself too seriously.
