Joint Gentle Classical Pilates

Need a workout that’s gentle on the joints?

Join me for this classical Pilates class mindfully designed to help you gain all the wonderful benefits of classical Pilates while being gentle on the joints. It was created to help you improve your strength, flexibility, mobility, and energy level while being gentle on the knees, wrists, elbows, ankles, feet, and spine.

It’s also pre-natal friendly and does not have Ab focused exercises like the Ab series. You will still use your abs naturally as it is a very crucial part of your body and movements. If you would like, you can tag on one of my quick Ab workout at the end of this class. All exercises in this class are practiced side-lying, seated, or on your back (for a brief duration).

Most of us have had days when we experience joint sensitivity or pain. I’ve been there! You’re not alone.

On some cases, we simply need to take a break or slow down and let our body heal before we resume exercising regularly. On other cases, our body can continue exercising but we may not know which exercises to do and which ones to skip for now or we get too scared or overwhelmed so we completely stop exercising. And that’s exactly why I created this Pilates class for you. You can continue with your Pilates practice mindfully with where your body and mind is today and continue to feel good and well.

As always, I encourage you to show up where you are today. Come as you are today.

May this movement gift to give you and physical and mental strength to carry on through the good days and the tough days and rise above it all.
