We’ll work on your trunk stabilization, core control and strength which are all part of your posture and impacts how you feel physically, mentally, and emotionally

You have the option to use a small ball. Any small size will do. You can use a kids’ ball or a pillow. The ball provides extra support for the connection, release, and feedback. If you don’t have a ball or pillow, you can still follow along and get a great workout.
