30 Minute Full Body Strengthening & Cardio

Join me for a 30 Minute Full Body Strengthening & Cardio Pilates. Together we’ll strengthen & energize your body & mind while getting your heart rate up and healthy sweat on!

You have the option to use light hand weights, anything from 1-5 lbs. You can also mix it with different pairs of weights throughout this workout depending on what works best for you on each moves, each day.

And of course, ditch the weights anytime it’s not working or do the whole workout without any weights. Either way, it’s gonna be good!
