Hi y'all,

I am back with Day #2 of SHORT & SMART Pilates for EASE & ENERGY to help you THRIVE this HOLIDAY Season.

During this busy season of your life, my goal is to help you stay healthy, energized, reduce stress, and embrace and empower that beautiful body and mind of yours.

Today, join me for Pilates in a Car or Chair.  Holiday season is a busy travel season as we spend long hours traveling long distances in cars.  This car exercise routine is a great way to move and stretch while you're in a car and treat or prevent tightness and pain in your body.

This wellness video is perfect for while you're on the road, or just need restorative movement breaks at home or office. Car is optional :-), this exercise routine can be performed on a chair. 

I highly encourage at least 1 restorative movements break a day.

This videos is only 10 minutes so it's easy to fit it in your day. :)
