"Change happens through movement and movement heals" is one of my favorite quotes and mantras.
Movement, when practiced with mindfulness, proper guidance, and motivation, can be your solution to a healthier and happier you this year.
My wish for you this year is may you have a healthier, happier, and more mindful year.
For many years I searched and tried out many exercise methods to help improve my health and also relieve aches and pain.
When I discovered Pilates and started practicing it routinely, I noticed amazing improvement in my health, fitness, and relief from chronic pains but what I wasn’t expecting was how it improved other areas of my life.
Pilates brought me more awareness of my body and mind outside of my workout time, taught me how to move well, and improved my mental well-being.
It was as if I found a key to a door that I didn’t even know existed. Sometimes we don’t know what we need or are missing until we find it and experience it.
For many, Pilates is still a mystery as it’s gaining more recognition but the method has been around for a long time. I am so excited more and more people around the world are finding Pilates and are able to move well and live well with Pilates.
Pilates has helped my clients and I create lasting healthy habits. Pilates has become a vital part of our lives.
The start of a new year is a great time to re-establish or improve your daily schedule to ensure that Pilates is consistently in your life.
To help you start fresh with your health & wellness goal this year, let’s do Pilates together!

Tips on making time for workouts:
1. Plan for a lunch break workout.
2. Do your workout before your TV screen time.
3. Save kids' screen time for workout time.
4. Wake up 20-30 minutes earlier.
5. Pack your or your kid's lunch the night before.
You deserve to make your health a high priority.
I can’t wait to hear how you do and most importantly, how you feel.
