Welcome to Day #1! I am so excited to kick-off this challenge with you.
We're starting the challenge with Pilates Foundation workout.
In today's 10 minute Pilates workout, I'll lead you through foundational Pilates exercises to set you up for success to strengthen, energize, and calm your body and mind. Doesn't that sound pretty good?
You'll exercise your whole body from head to toes! At the end of the video, I'll provide more details on today's Mindful Mama tip, give yourself permission to pause.
After you finish today's workout, check in with our challenge facebook group for accountability and support so we can cheer each other on. This is one of the secrets to success. Don’t skip it!
