Pilates Ring is one of my favorites Pilates TOYS…I mean props 😄…to add variety and fun to my workout routine. I love how the ring helps us connect with our muscles in a deeper level and get most benefits out of our time and effort.

It’s also an excellent class for improving your balance and bone health. 💪 This post-natal friendly class is perfect for helping moms restore posture strength and flexibility which can get weakened after daily long hours of baby feeding and carrying.
You can do this Pilates practice on it own or pair it with another Pilates class from our Tribe.
