Hello Mama Birds,
We've arrived to Day 9 and can I just say how proud I am of you for sticking with me?
It's okay if you had to skip few days or more, the great things about creating healthy habits and nourishing practice and lifestyle is that it's never too late. It takes practice and being kind and gentle with yourself, no judgement.
There maybe days when you ask yourself why am I taking my precious times and doing Pilates. Remind yourself that you are taking this time to nurture healthy body and mind, much like starting your day with a healthy and nutritious breakfast to energize your day.
You are worth the time and your family with benefit also.
Over time, you will look forward to this time to nurture yourself and miss Pilates when you don't practice it.
So without further ado, let's get to today's workout: Pilates Plank Challenge Series.
Today's practice is a tough one but it is my job to challenge you and help you get stronger one class at a time, so hang in there and modify as necessary.
Listen to your body and you do the best you can. Take breaks when needed.
