DAY 8 of 12 Days of PILATES

Hi friends,

How are you?  Can you believe Christmas is this weekend and there is only 2 more weeks of 2017 remaining?

I know you have a long list of things to get done this week but I promise you your Pilates practice will be time well spent.

Don't let stress overwhelm you this season. You have Pilates to help you energize and stay calm and centered.

Today I am leading through a full body Pilates Reformer on the mat workout.  The inspiration for these exercises came from the Pilates Reformer (a classical Pilates equipment). 

This week, take your commitment to self-care and Pilates practice wholeheartedly. Pilates practice can change so much in your life for the better.  But remember to have fun with it also. :)
