12 Days of PILATES: Day 5

Hi Mamas,

Happy Friday!  It's time to unwind and reward yourself for all your hard work this week.

On the 5th day of Pilates, I've got a relaxing Pilates session for you. I designed this Pilates workout to refresh and restore your body and mind.  It's about 11 minutes long and it's the perfect way to start your day.
