Welcome to Day 3 of 12 Days of PILATES

Welcome back Mamas!

On the third day of Pilates, I am giving to you three exercises to help you sculpt and strengthen your legs. It's only 5 minutes so you can easily fit this workout anytime in the day. It's short and sweet!

I know this time of the year can be hectic and stressful.  Take a deep breath in and exhale out the stress...you can do it!

Remember to make time for yourself during the busy holiday season. Consider this workout time your self care time and a gift you are giving to your body & mind.

You will feel much better after this workout.
