Today's workout is designed to help you strengthen and tone your arms. 

Strong arms not only look great but help make your everyday tasks easier to accomplish whether it's carrying a baby or lifting groceries. Arm exercises also help  you prepare for more challenging exercises that rely heavily on the arms and help you get the most out of your workout. They can also improve your sport performance such as swimming, running, and football. 

Strong arms are also empowering and help you move more effortlessly in life.
