Day 12 of 12 Days of PILATES: Congrats!

Congrats Mamas!

You’ve made it to the final day of 12 days of Pilates.  I am so proud of you.

I know you have been working hard and it’s not always easy.

I encourage you to treat yourself to a something special as a reward for yourself for all of your hard work.  Maybe a long hot bubble bath, a new workout outfit or a new Pilates mat?

You deserve it.

In addition to physical fitness, Pilates practice has significantly impacted other areas of my life.  It has meant more presence, more energy, more balance, more joy, and more mindfulness in my everyday movements.  And this, too, is what I wish for you.

I want to thank you for allowing me to guide you through this health & wellness journey.  I hope you have experienced the benefits of consistent Pilates practice.  I am going to miss our daily Pilates.

The good news is,

but you haven’t trained at the PILATES NEST studio and

you can join me at the studio for one on one private Pilates training with me to accelerate your progress.

Pilates private sessions training includes personalized exercises to strengthen, tone, stretch and balance the body that is designed just for you and your needs and goals. 

With private sessions, I provide one-on-one guidance and support to transform your body and mind. 

Each private training session is 55 minutes and is practiced at the Pilates Nest studio.  The training incorporates Pilates mat, reformer, tower, jump board, and other fitness equipment.
