Day 11 of 12 Days of PILATES: WHOLE BODY & MIND

Mamas,

You’ve arrived to the 11th day of Pilates.  If you have made it this far, be proud of yourself!  You’ve been amazing.

All the short workouts that you have been doing over past 10 days have been preparing you for today.

Today, I am guiding through a full length whole-body Pilates workout designed to improve your strength, flexibility and balance.

Make room for this energizing and nourishing workout on your schedule today.  You will feel amazing and be thankful that you did this.

It’s your time to reset and refocus your mind & body as you get closer to the holiday weekend.
