Crispy, Colorful Cole slaw - Easy, healthy side dish

Hi friends,

This month's recipe is crisp, refreshing and light side dish perfect for the summer.

Added Bonus:  No cooking required


1 small purple cabbage chopped

2 carrots chopped

2 stalks of celery chopped

1 small green apple or green pear chopped

1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar

3 tablespoon of honey

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 teaspoon of pepper


1. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl

2. Toss all ingredients

3. Serve and enjoy.
