We are turning 1!

Its hard to believe that its been almost a year since we officially opened doors to Pilates Nest! Time flies when we are enjoying what we do with people we care about, right?

I am so thankful for my family, friends, clients who have been part of this journey. Its an honor and joy to be part of your life. I may be a petite in stature ;) but I have big dreams and I want to share those dreams with you. My mission with Pilates Nest is foster a community that is supportive, encouraging, and judgement free where we work together to build healthier, stronger, and more balanced body, mind, and life style. At Pilates Nest, we celebrate each other and little milestones along the way while we work towards our goals and the road ahead. My goal is to inspire women to love their bodies and care for themselves through all seasons of life, with the understanding that every season will look different and that's okay. We are all in this together.

August is going to be an exciting month at Pilates Nest as we celebrate our anniversary month. To celebrate our anniversary month, a brand NEW full body Pilates workout is ready for you! Join me as I guide you through this 25 minute workout to help you get stronger and more balanced and flexible.

Schedule in time for this or any of my other online workouts in your calendar 2-3 times a week as "Self-Care" time for yourself. :) After the workout, I would love to hear your thoughts, feedback, and what you liked the most about it.
