PILATES GLUTES/BOOTY WORKOUT

Alright ladies, I often get asked which exercises should you do to tone and lift your glutes.

So here you go....this workout is all about the booty and you will be feeling the burn and toning during the workout and the day after!

Mamas at our studio love these exercises and know how well they work so I wanted it accessible for your at home workout.

Did you know that the glutes are made up of three muscles (gluteus maximus, gluteus medium, & gluteus  minimus)?  This muscle group is one of the largest and strongest muscle group in your body. Therefore, when you exercise this part of your body, you increase your metabolism and burn more calories.

Often times, we spend most of our day sitting on our bottom on a chair making our glutes weaker over time and sometimes even cause pain.

Do this workout to wake up your booty and strengthen, tighten, and tone them!

This workout is only 4 minutes so what's not to love, right?
