Welcome to Day 1 of 12 Days of PILATES

Hi friends,

Can you believe it's almost the end of the year? Its been an amazing and challenging year at the NEST. 

Let's finish this year PILATES STRONG!

In the spirit of the holidays season and spreading the PILATES NEST love & wellness, join me and the rest of the NEST tribe for 12 Days of Pilates!

Over the next 12 days (starting today), I will be sharing a Pilates workout video here to help you finish this year strong and well.

The workout will vary in length from 2 minutes to 25 minutes.  Don't worry if you are new to Pilates, I have scheduled the 12 days to help you improve your strength and flexibility over the 12 days.

And most of all, don't be shy! Keep me posted on your progress and I would love for you to share a post-workout photo with me after you complete the workout. :-)

Once you experience how ENERGIZED and REFRESHED you will feel and how EASY it can be to stick to Pilates, things begin to fall into place even more.

You will notice new muscles, feel less stressed, notice your work on the mat paying off in other areas of life.

You will feel empowered, motivated, and inspired to stay consistent with your workout.


Health and nourishing habits will make home in your life.


Now, let's do this!  Today's workout is all about the ABS and its only 6 minutes long.

In addition to slimmer waistline, there are many other benefits of Ab workout to name a few:

1.     Prevents or reduces back pain

2.     Improves posture

3.     Improves functional strength for your everyday movements such as bending, lifting, walking

4.     Improves your balance and prevent injuries

5.     Improves breathing

6.     Improves sports performance
