Balance & Flexibility Ball Workout

Reverse the effects of day to day life and restore your body’s balance & flexibility with this fun Pilates workout.

I’ll lead you through a beautiful balance of release work as well as strength and mobility work to leave you feeling refreshed.

Using a small Pilates ball, you’ll discover how the ball assists you in some exercises while on others, it’ll make the exercises more challenging in new ways, creating a more balanced, flexible body. 

If you don’t have a small Pilates ball, don’t worry. You can use any small ball or pillow. You can also do the workout without any props and still get a great, rejuvenating Pilates session.
